  • 16 stir sticks

  • 1 180 mL bottle of potassium iodide solution
  • 8 30-mL dropper bottles of:
  • pesticide test solution
  • 100,000 ppm copper chloride solution
  • ammonia
  • water
  • Potentially Toxic Substance (PTS)
  • Rat Food (RF)
  • Rat Weight Factor (RWF)
  • 105 blue fish disks
  • 15 red fish disks
  • 8 opaque cups
  • 2 plastic cups
  • 1 package of aluminum foil squares (40/pkg)
  • 1 package black-eyed peas (500/pkg)

Materials required for EHR but not provided in equipment kit

  • 16 SEPUP trays
  • 16 pairs of safety goggles
  • 1 overhead projector
  • 1 bottle of red food coloring
  • access to water
  • paper towels
  • 1 opaque container
  • 1 large container (for soaking peas)
  • 1 large glass or plastic container (for used copper chloride)
  • salt (optional)
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • sheets of paper (optional)
